What is Future Ready?

Future Ready Bexar County is a plan to guide shared action at both the countywide and community levels. It provides leaders the shared language, goals, metrics, and practices needed to drive real progress at scale.

By 2030, we will increase the percentage of Bexar County High School graduates enrolling in a postsecondary degree or credential program to

Additionally, the plan advances four focus areas that are essential for young people’s success in and out of school: healing, access, voice and systems supports.
